The Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute, a national not-for-profit policy and research organization, is conducting a survey of families that have adopted children internationally since January 1, 1997. We are seeking to better understand your experiences with international adoption, as well as the quality of the assistance you received from agencies, attorneys and facilitators in this country and abroad. Please take a few minutes to complete this short questionnaire. A summary of the results will be shared with the State Department, which is now preparing the first United States regulations for agencies and individuals who provide international adoption services. The summary of the results will also be sent to Members of Congress and White House policy staff who are involved with international adoption legislation. Please help the Adoption Institute make international adoption better for everyone by telling us about your experience.
If you have adopted more than once internationally, please fill out a survey for each adoption.
