Info: The Adoption Institute held an exciting, unusual event on March 10, 2011, to heighten public, media and policymaker awareness about the need to restore adopted adults' right to access their original birth certificates. The event featured a live performance and official world premier of "I'm Legit" by Darryl (DMC) McDaniels and Zara Philips, an exceptional and moving song that vividly brings to life the issue we focused on that day.
