Carol Biddle
Ms. Biddle is co-founder and director for a respected statewide adoption and foster family agency headquartered in Monterey, CA. Kinship Center is known for its model family-based programs that serve children with special needs: adoption services for foster children; treatment foster care for children, adolescents, sibling groups; family care for mentally ill and medically fragile children. Kinship Center led the first two privatization contracts for adoption in California. Her agency provides adoption clinical training for therapists who work with adoptive families, as well as specialized educational programs for adoptive and foster parents. Kinship Center is a founding member of AFTER, a collaborative program that has developed the first regional post adoption resource center in California.
