Lynne Jacobs
Lynne Jacobs is the Founder and Executive Director of Adopt International, California and Hawaii. Ms. Jacobs began working with pregnant teens and adoption in 1973, and she has continued in the field since that time. She founded Adopt International, California in 1983 to provide educational services for those families and children whose needs were previously unmet by existing traditional agencies. In 1993 she established the organization in Hawaii. She is the past President of the Board of Joint Council, a national organization of adoption agencies, and is currently the Northern Vice President of California Association of Adoption Agencies (CAAA).
