Dee Dee Mascareņas
Ms. Mascareņas is a bilingual Latina psychotherapist. She has worked with a culturally diverse population of individuals, couples and families for almost 16 years, with a commitment towards healing and growth. Much of her practice has focused on addressing such issues as adoption, as well as life transitions, codependancy recovery, grief and loss issues, sexual identity concerns, parenting issues, and the process of biculturation. Her desire is to help develop self-acceptance and self-empowerment with those whom she works with. Ms. Mascareņas also lectures extensively on these and other issues throughout California. She is an adult adoptee who has been in reunion with her birth family.
