FACULTY MEMBER BACKGROUND

Reuben Pannor

An author, researcher, teacher and past director of Vista Del Mar Adoption Agency in California, Mr. Pannor has been a long time advocate for adoption reform. He holds a B.S. as well as an M.S. Degree from the New York School of Social Work. He has published numerous books and articles, and has been active in equally numerous professional societies, along with community and professional programs. He was awarded the Annual Koshland Award by the National Association of Social Workers in 1984 for being an outstanding social work practitioner in California. The Fatherhood Forum for Southern California presented him with its Annual Award for his work with teenage fathers during the same year.
