The Adoption Institute is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of adoption professionals, triad members, government officials, business leaders and other people concerned about adoption.

Our dedicated staff works with adoption experts, practitioners and triad members throughout the nation. In addition, Senior Fellows contribute significant expertise and work on various projects.

Three advisory committees generously share their knowledge and expertise to help ensure that our work is accurate and cutting-edge. These include the Practice and Research Advisory Committee, the Ethics Advisory Committee and the Triad Advisory Committee.
